We are open for business and here to help. We have taking actions necessary to provide the service and support you expect, no matter how challenging the environment. Please read the following changes for our offices effective Monday, March 23rd.
Lobby Service by Appointment
Our lobby will be available by appointment only. While this is a significant step for our office, we believe it is the best way to maintain social distancing to protect us all. We need to have as few people in the lobby as possible. We are confident we will provide the service you expect from Volunteer Credit, just in a different way for the time being. We understand sometimes you need to conduct your business face-to-face. If you need to schedule an appointment for something important like a loan closing, or just need to talk to us about how this pandemic is affecting you, please call the branch (931)337-0940, call/text (931) 250-3210 or email us at info@volcredit.com to schedule an appointment. We are fully staffed, working every day and ready to make appointments to help you!

We are 100% committed to answering the phone when our customers call, just as we’ve always done. We can do many things for you over the phone, including loan applications, debit card payments, and solving most any problem that arises.
